Since 2004, we have been working in Marcala with the Caballero family: Fabio and Sandra Isabel Caballero, their daughter Marysabel, son-in-law Moisés, and the rest of the team at their farms and mills. With Marysabel and Moisés now at the helm, the storied Caballero family farm is in good hands. Together, they have produced an astounding 14 lots that have reached the COE finals, earning their spot as the most decorated coffee growers in the history of the prestigious Honduras Cup of Excellence competition. They have been growing Geisha, the world's most elegant and most celebrated cultivar, since 2012.
