Fulfillment + Shipping Updates

Due to the large number of orders received Thanksgiving weekend we are currently experiencing shipping delays. We are working as quickly as possible to roast and ship every order. Please note that after receiving your tracking number, it may take a few days until there is movement on the order. This does not mean that the order is stuck and it will be handed off to our carriers shortly thereafter.
Due to COVID-19 we have implemented new processes at our roasting facilities to ensure everyone's health. We are working hard to roast and ship every order according to our usual fulfillment schedule, but please be aware that there may be some delays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Thank you for your patience!
Please note, our shipping carriers (USP and USPS) are also experiencing COVID-19 related delays. Furthermore, they are unable to guarantee expedited shipping.
